BOATING FORECAST
Following some morning fog in the harbor, the southwesterly winds will
be light, but will build up to their typical 10- to 15-knot form during
the afternoon and evening. Look for waves in the 2-foot range and a
southwest swell of about 3 feet.
Out farther, the northwesterly winds will blow stronger, eventually

the 2- to 3-foot range while the northwest swell becomes 5 to 6 feet.
SURF
Though today doesn’t look good with knee- to waist-highs rolling in,
this week’s shaping up to be fantastic. A new southwest swell will
develop Tuesday to create waves in the waist- to head-high range, with
some occasional 7-footers. It should pick up even more toward the end of
the week with some larger overheads.
