“Keep your animals safe from Halloween goblins that may torment or

harm animals,” Pfaff-Martin says. “If you witness an unkind event, speak

up or call the police. Your silence about animal abuse can be deadly.”

The network still needs a strong fund-raising leader and donations to

continue to rescue animals from shelters and give them medical attention.
