CORONA DEL MAR - It’s the girls tennis postseason and not much has

changed as the Corona del Mar Sea Kings dominated yet another opponent in

a 17-1 CIF Southern Section Division IV second-round victory over

visiting Bolsa Grande Saturday.

CdM Coach Andy Stewart said his undefeated Sea Kings are “looking

good,” and that showed in singles play. Junior Anne Yelsey and sophomores

Brittany Holland and Juliette Mutzke swept through their sets with ease,

dropping just one game.

“Not to sound cocky, but it’s one more easy one and then it’s ‘let’s

get ready to really play for the finals,’ ” Stewart said.

The Sea Kings (20-0) will move one step closer with a quarterfinal

match Tuesday at 2 p.m. at a site yet to be determined.
