* Golf Course Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 1700 block at

6:42 a.m. Monday.

* Harbor Boulevard: A commercial burglary was reported in the 3300

block at 9:08 a.m. Monday.

* Pacific Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 2100 block at 7:01

a.m. Monday.

* Pomona Avenue: An individual was reportedly drunk in public in the

1900 block at 5:25 p.m. Monday.

* South Coast Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 900 block at

7:50 a.m. Monday.

* Valencia Street: A prowler was reported in the 1000 block at 4:50

p.m. Monday.

* East 17th Street: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at

8:55 a.m. Monday.

* Avocado Avenue: A commercial burglary was reported in the 1400 block

at 3:36 p.m. Monday.

* Dove Street: A commercial burglary was reported in the 1200 block at

9:45 a.m. Monday.

* Harbor Island Drive: Battery was reported in the 800 block at 9:52

a.m. Monday.

* Jade Avenue: A hit-and-run was reported in the 100 block at 9:07

a.m. Monday.

* MacArthur Boulevard and San Joaquin Hills Road: Vandalism was

reported at 4:33 p.m. Monday.

* Newport Center Drive: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 100

block at 5:01 p.m. Monday.

* Park Newport Drive: A theft was reported in the 1200 block at 12:15

p.m. Monday.

* 14th Street and Balboa Boulevard: A vehicle burglary was reported at

7:49 a.m. Monday.
