Wrestling: CdM taken down, 46-32

CORONA DEL MAR - The Corona del Mar High wrestling team will have

to wait for the Pacific Coast League finals for any revenge after losing,

46-32, to visiting University, in a PCL opener Thursday.

CdM seniors Ben Wynkoop (145) and Steve Shipman (215) pinned their respective opponents to earn six points each, while juniors Jeremy Warner

(119) and Chris Bello (135) posted major decision victories.

The Sea Kings dropped to 9-5 overall.
