The bride-to-be graduated from Louisville Collegiate School and

Bucknell University.

The future bridegroom is the son of Paul and Scottia Evans of Balboa

Island.

He graduated from Corona del Mar High School and UCLA.

A May 25 wedding is planned in St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal

Rick and Pam Owen of Telluride, Colo. and Alta Loma announced the

engagement of their daughter Kate Owen of Newport Beach to Tim Cushing of

Newport Beach.

The bride-to-be graduated from Arcadia High School and Newport Beach

Interior Design Institute.

The groom-to-be is the son of Mike and Jeannette Cushing of Arcadia.

He graduated from Arcadia High School and Maritime Institute.

The wedding is planned for August 17 in Newport Beach aboard the

“Icon” yacht.
