“Sam is a 5-year-old neutered male silver-bearded collie mixed with an

Australian shepherd,” said DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, founder and organizer of

the Community Animal Network. “This is a great family dog.”

Sam’s current family is comprised of seniors, one of whom is dying,

Pfaff-Martin said.

“Our organization does not have a shelter or kennel to rescue Sam, and

we are unable to afford the cost of boarding,” she said. “Please tell a

friend about Sam, and let’s help get him a great new home with some kids

to play with. He’d love that.”
