WEATHER FORECAST

The winds will continue blowing strong this morning and afternoon

until about 2 p.m. Other than that, it’ll be a wonderful and sunny day,

with highs in the mid-60s. Overnight, the readings will hover in the

mid-40s.

Warmer conditions will arrive Friday, with readings near 70, but the

weekend looks to be pretty cloudy. So, enjoy today and Friday.

BOATING FORECAST

In the inner waters, the northeasterly winds will blow strong at about

15 to 25 knots this morning, but will level off to more typical readings

of 10 to 15 knots this afternoon. Waves will be about 2 feet, with a west

swell of 3 to 5 feet. Winds will pick up a tad this evening, otherwise

conditions will remain the same.

Out farther, the northeasterly winds will blow 10 to 20 knots early

and will ease up in the afternoon to about 10 knots. Waves will be in the

1- to 3-foot range with a northwest swell of 6 to 9 feet. Tonight, the

swell will decrease to 4 to 6 feet.

SURF

The latest swell will back down today, producing only knee- to

waist-highs and the occasional chest-high. Not much better will come

until Sunday, when another northwest swell rolls in.
