recognizing marketing and merchandising excellence in the home-building

industry.

Roxburgh has been named a finalist for 10 awards, one for a Newport

Beach community, for the Merchandising and Marketing Excellence Awards

celebration. The celebration will be held Feb. 23 at the Disneyland Hotel

in Anaheim.

It honors excellence in residential design, marketing and

merchandising.

Roxburgh has been nominated for best brochure for a community of more

than $1 million for its Cassis neighborhood in Newport Coast, and it has

received six nominations, including for best logo, best graphic

continuity and best color magazine advertisement for San Elijo Hills, a

master-planned community by San Elijo Hills Development Co. in northern

San Diego County.

The company has been a finalist for the awards every year for the past

17 years and has won more than 1,000 MAME statuettes.

The full-service agency is independently owned and was founded 22

years ago in Orange County and provides advertising, marketing consulting

and new media services.
