Bayport Yachts receives outstanding service award

A full-service yacht dealership in Newport Beach received an

outstanding service award for the fifth straight year.

Bayport Yachts received the honor from Carver Yachts and is the

highest service award given by Carver. The award was presented at a

training session held at the Carver campus in Wisconsin.

The award is based on overall customer satisfaction with delivery of a

boat, follow-up, warranty service, technical knowledge and work performed

by in-house employees.

Members from Team Bayport’s service staff attend training sessions at

the Carver Yachts factory each year to learn the most advanced technical

innovations in boating.

Bayport’s service staff provides professional instruction on handling

yachts, pre-delivery inspection of a client’s yacht and engine alignment

before delivery.
