Girls water polo: CdM rolls

Christina Hewko scored four goals to lead the Corona del Mar High

girls water polo team to a 9-7 victory over Long Beach Wilson in a

quarterfinal game of the Southern California Invitational.

The Sea Kings led, 7-6, going into the fourth quarter and Danielle

Carlson and Brittney Bowlus scored goals to seal the win.

The Sea Kings (20-4) advance to the semifinals where they face El Toro

at Irvine High today at 11 a.m.
