Newport-Mesa schools enrollment continues

Open enrollment in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District began in

January and continues until March 15. Depending on availability, the

parent or guardian of any school-age resident student may select the

school they want their child to attend.

Transfer request applications may be picked up in the administration

office of any school or at the district office. Completed applications

should be returned to the district office.

If there are more transfer requests for a specific school than the

school’s capacity allows, a lottery will be held to rank the applications

in priority order.
