2. CATCH THE CATS at a cat show from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9

a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Orange County Fairgrounds, Building 10, 88

Fair Drive, Costa Mesa. The Malibu Cat Club sponsors the show featuring

up to 400 purebred cats competing for national awards. Cat goods will

3. CELEBRATE A NEW YEAR at the sixth annual Lunar New Year Celebration

from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Orange County Museum of Art, 850 San

Clemente Drive, Newport Beach. Activities will include a dragon dance,
