The Huntington Beach Playhouse is presenting “No Sex Please, We’re

British” from Feb. 22 to March 10 at the playhouse, 7111 Talbert Ave. The

play is a comedy farce directed by Patrick Fennell. Show times are 8 p.m.

Optimum Boot Camp, a fitness class on the beach, is offering 47

p.m. There is a shortened schedule on weekends. Classes include a

The Huntington Beach Concert Band is an all-volunteer community

organization with approximately 70 members, led by music director Tom

Ridley. Founded in February 1973, the band plays a wide variety of

musical styles -- from classical, to Broadway, to contemporary. They

perform frequently at events and locations throughout Southern

California, including Disneyland, Leisure World, Huntington Beach Pier

Plaza, and Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. The Huntington Beach Concert

Band is open to all interested musicians age 18 and over. Rehearsals are
