University in Nashville, Tenn. She is majoring in music business and is

attending the school on a track scholarship. She holds the school’s

record in triple jump. She is a 2000 graduate of Edison High School. . .

3rd Class Allison Howarth recently graduated from the MK-23 Target

Acquisition System Course while assigned to Fleet Combat Training Center,

Virginia Beach, Va. Howarth is a 1999 graduate of Edison High School. . .

. Army Pvt. Felicia Gonzales has graduated from the automated logistical

specialist advanced individual training (AIT) course at Fort Lee,

Petersburg, Va. Gonzales was trained to establish and maintain stock

records and other documents such as inventory, material control and

accounting. She is the daughter of Anthony and stepdaughter of Barbara

Gonzales of Huntington Beach and Lupe and stepfather James Hill of

Westminster. . . . Marine Corps Pvt. Keran Abedi has completed basic

training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C. Abedi

completed trained for 12 weeks and was instructed in classroom and field

assignments. He is the son of Maehdi Abedi of Huntington Beach and

Phyllis Abedi of Wakefield, R.I.
