SCHOOL LUNCH MENU

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day

at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree if

desired. The selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot

entree. School lunches are $2 each. Here’s what’s being served this week:

TODAY

Munchable Lunch Salad with Dannon fruit yogurt or chicken tenders with

dipping sauce, veggie sticks with ranch dip, choice of fruit, choice of

milk

WEDNESDAY

Conference Day -- no school

THURSDAY

Munchable Lunch Salad or chicken Parmesan sandwich on a bun, crisp

green salad with ranch dressing, frozen 100% fruit juice bar, choice of

milk

FRIDAY

Oriental chicken salad with fresh baked whole grain roll or cheese

quesadilla, baby carrots with ranch dip, choice of fruit juice and milk,

St. Patrick’s Day cookie

MONDAY

Munchable Lunch Salad or State Fair corn dog or Veggie corn dog,

veggie sticks with dipping sauce, frosty peach cup, choice of milk

* The Munchable Lunch Salad contains tossed greens, cherry tomatoes,

crackers and protein sources such as cheese, sunflower seeds, fruit

yogurt, honey-roasted peanuts and dressing.
