Corona del Mar tract wins awards

A new Corona del Mar neighborhood was recently honored for its

marketing excellence.

The Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Assn. of

Southern California presented nine awards to executives at John Laing

Homes during the 2001 Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Feb. 23

at the Disneyland Hotel.

John Laing Homes’ South Coast Division built the Sailhouse

development, which received more awards than any other tract.

Sailhouse’s awards included recognition for marketing, architecture,

landscaping, interior design and sales.
