Corona del Mar store seeks goods

Drop off furniture, jewelry, antiques, and/or collectibles and browse

through a store for a good cause.

The American Cancer Society seeks donations of clothes, furniture,

accessories and more to allow for funding of cancer research and provide

education and patient service programs to fight cancer.

People can currently drop off their donations at The Discovery Shop in

Corona del Mar. Items in the store are displayed in boutique-style. The

store converts items into lifesaving services for Orange County

residents.

Store operators are always looking for volunteers to staff the shop.

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide community-based health

organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem.

The store is at 2600 Coast Highway, Corona del Mar.
