Mesa Verde presents public safety forum

Leaders of Mesa Verde Community Inc., the area’s homeowners

association, will present “Hail to the Chiefs” tonight at Mesa Verde

United Methodist Church.

All members of the public are welcome to participate in a community

forum regarding public and fire safety. Costa Mesa Councilwoman Karen

Robinson will moderate the forum featuring Costa Mesa Police Chief Dave

Snowden and Costa Mesa Fire Chief James Ellis. The meeting will give

residents a chance to hear where the top public servants stand on various

safety issues and allow people to ask questions of the chiefs.

The program is from 7 to 9 p.m. at 1701 Baker St. Admission is free
