Red Lazers zap Blackhawks, 2-0

Matthew Inouye was credited with the shutout and the Red Lazers

collected another victory in Norris Division play, as they blanked the

Blackhawks, 4-0.

Inouye recorded 19 saves in the match. Ian Berrier scored two goals,

Jessica Stopnik and Ian White each scored once and Kyle Christi and

Nicole Chittum each had an assist for the Red Lazers.

Thunder 2, Diablos 0

Tyler Schultz came up with 24 saves to get the shut out for the

Thunder, whose scoring consisted of goals by Brittany Oke and Jonathan

Combest, and an assist by Richard Oke.

The Diablos’ Lewis Gifford also had 24 saves.

Slapshots 4, Blades 2

Trevor Dunbar led all scorers with three goals and Corey DeMatteo had

22 saves to power the Slapshots.

Sean Froelich scored both Blades’ goals and Brett Shaver finished with

25 saves.

Steel Wheels 3, Sharks 1

Rich Sanchez, Brett Morinaka and Nick Hansen all scored one goal, Kyle

Martins picked up a pair of assists and William DeWitt had 26 saves to

lead the Steel Wheels.

The Sharks Chris Jernigan also recorded 26 saves.
