PLANNING COMMISSION WRAP-UP

WHAT HAPPENED:

The planning commission unanimously voted to continue the public

hearing on a proposal by PLC Land Co. to build 10 attached townhomes on

nearly an acre of land in Huntington Beach to the April 9 planning

commission meeting, said Ricky Ramos, associate city planner.

WHAT IT MEANS:

Bill Holman from PLC Land Co. proposes to build 10 attached two-story

townhomes on an acre of land at 19081 Holly St. in Huntington Beach.

Construction would include 5-foot high patio walls within seven feet of

the front property line.

Vote: 6-0
