Boys swim: T-wolves top Eagles
COSTA MESA - Estancia High junior Jeff Hellmich topped the field in
the 100-yard butterfly to claim the Eagles’ only event victory in a
108-25 Pacific Coast League boys swimming setback to visiting Northwood
Wednesday.
Hellmich was also second in the 200 individual medley. Frank Gamboa
was second in the 50 and 500 freestyle and Ananth Varma was third in the
100 breaststroke for additional Eagle highlights.
