Surf and Sun
WEATHER FORECAST
A nicer morning than of late, with sunny skies and temperatures in the
high 50s, starts things off. We should climb to 70 degrees by noon.
Clouds could move in during the afternoon, keeping the mercury in
check. Expect highs in the low 70s with a little gust of wind here and
there. The clouds likely will stick around until after sunset.

BOATING FORECAST
The inner waters should be pretty calm today with winds no more than
15 knots from the west and a small 2- to 4-foot west swell and 2-foot
waves. The swell may pick up late as a northwest swell arrives. Watch for
fog early and late.
It will be a different story out deeper. Winds will gust above 30
knots, kicking up 6-foot waves. The northwest swell will increase from 6
to 8 feet to 8 to 11 by nightfall.
SURF
Continued marginal surf today with most sets still fairly weak and
about shoulder high. A strong burst of northwest swell is set to arrive
late and pick things up through Tuesday, but it also could miss us
entirely.
