SERVICE TIMES: Sunday worship is at 11 a.m.; Sunday school meets

concurrently for children up to age 13.

SIZE OF CONGREGATION: 90-100.

MAKEUP OF CONGREGATION: Members come from throughout greater Orange

County. A very broad range of ages is represented.

CHILD CARE: Child-care is provided for Sunday morning and Thursday

evening services.

TYPE OF WORSHIP: The worship service incorporates praise and worship

music, announcements about activities and members, prayer and a sermon.

TYPE OF SERMON: Pidal’s sermons are usually topical, with a theme

drawn on verse-by-verse Bible teaching.

RECENT SERMONS: Pidal has recently preached on “Jesus’ Triumphal

Entrance to Jerusalem,” “The Resurrection,” “The Necessity of Salvation”

and “We Are Holy,” a series of sermons.

UPCOMING SERMONS: The “We Are Holy” series continues.

DRESS: Members and visitors may wear whatever is comfortable for them.

VISITOR INFORMATION/HOSPITALITY: Visitors are introduced during the

worship service and they are invited to join members after worship for

refreshments and socializing.

CHURCH PROGRAMS: A Bible study and prayer service, a women’s group, a

men’s group, youth groups. All Bible studies, activities and events are

open to the public. The congregation also provides support to

missionaries through a group called Centro de Mision.

MISSION STATEMENT: To reach as many as possible with the Gospel

message.

INTERESTING NOTE: The church has grown from 14 members meeting in a

house garage in 1998 to its current nearly 100 members. The congregation

is working and raising funds to provide more activities such as English

classes and camp retreats for all ages.
