One of the best warehouse sales for kids’ clothing will take place

today through Saturday at Metropolitan Prairie’s new location at 1685

Babcock, Suite B, Costa Mesa. The selection of clothing is especially

great for boys ages 2 to size 16, and there are girls’ sizes 4 to 14. The

clothing on sale includes shorts, board shorts, skirts, Hawaiian shirts

and T-shirts. All sales are final, and Metropolitan Prairie accepts cash,

A rare furniture, accessories and designer fabrics and trim sale will

happen at The Showplace South in Costa Mesa from Friday through Wednesday

at 3020 Pullman St. The huge tent sale will feature discounted items that

are usually only available to the trade. You can also visit the Designer

Popular picture frame designer Jay Strongwater will be at Neiman

Marcus on Friday to discuss his inspiration for his picture frames and

new timepieces. All of his pieces are high-end, and most of them are

scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. on level two in the Home Decor department.
