Learn about a new culture. Sage Hill School will hold its first
Multicultural Community Fair from noon to 4 p.m. today at the school,
20402 Newport Coast Drive. There will be hands-on crafts exotic cuisine
and entertainers of all varieties. Admission includes two food sample
tickets. $6, or $5 in advance. Children 12 and younger enter free. (949)

SUNDAY
Go to Sesame Street. The Orange County Performing Arts Center will
present Sesame Street Live’s “Everyone Makes Music” through Sunday in
Segerstrom Hall, 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa. Show times are 2 and

MONDAY
Look at art. Orange Coast College will display a juried student
exhibit through Thursday at the college’s Art Gallery, 2701 Fairview
Drive, Costa Mesa. The exhibit of work by 59 OCC students is curated by
Irini Vallera-Rickerson. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday

TUESDAY
Go dancing. Ballroom dancing to the music of the Costa Mesa Music
Makers is offered from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Costa Mesa Senior

WEDNESDAY
Get literary. Raymond Obstfeld, a novelist and head of Orange Coast
College’s writing program, will speak at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday about his
writing. The lecture, sponsored by the Friends of Orange Coast College’s
Norman E. Watson Library, will be held at the Lido Isle Women’s
Clubhouse, 701 Via Lido Soud, Newport Beach. $5 for nonmembers. (714)
