The best local children’s consignment clothing store, Young Seconds,

has received several shipments of brand-new designer clothes. The

clothing comes in sizes for infants through teens. The store has also

expanded its selection of new and consignment clothing, including a rare

shipment of select new European shoes. Young Seconds is a block south of

Coast Highway at 436 Heliotrope Ave., upstairs. It’s open from noon to 4

lot sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. The two stores, next to each other,
