SCHOOL LUNCH MENU

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day

at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree if

desired. The selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot

entree. School lunches are $2 each. Here’s what’s being served this week:

TODAY

Munchable Lunch Salad with fruit yogurt or stuffed-crust pepperoni

pizza, trail mix, choice of 100% fruit juice, choice of milk

WEDNESDAY

Vegetarian health sandwich or chicken nuggets with dipping sauce,

green beans, blueberry turnover, choice of milk

THURSDAY

Munchable Lunch Salad or manager’s special, jicama sticks with ranch

dip, choice of 100% fruit juice, choice of milk

FRIDAY

Munchable Lunch Salad or turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes,

freshly baked whole grain roll, choice of fruit, choice of milk, Flag Day

cookie

MONDAY

Munchable Lunch Salad or chicken patty sandwich on a bun, veggie

sticks with dip, cranberry raisins, choice of milk

* The Munchable Lunch Salad contains tossed greens, cherry tomatoes,

crackers and protein sources such as cheese, sunflower seeds, fruit

yogurt, honey-roasted peanuts and dressing.
