Amnesty International Orange County will host the fifth annual Run for
Freedom 2002. This year’s run will be dedicated to bringing attention to
the current situation in Afghanistan and generating action for Rebiya
Kadeer, a Uigher businesswoman imprisoned in China. The 10K run will
begin at 7:30 a.m.; 5K at 8:45 a.m. and children’s 1/2K run at 9:45 a.m.

More than 200 classic Chevrolet Camaros will be on display in a unique
car show. Fans will have a chance to check out everything from a Camaro
Z28, like the one that Richard Gere and Julia Roberts drove around in the
film “Runaway Bride,” to a Camaro SS convertible similar to the one used
