Laguna Playhouse

The Laguna Playhouse will present Neil LaBute’s play, “The Shape of

Things.” Directed by executive director, Richard Stein the play centers

on the ever-changing relationship between an audacious art major and the

shy young man who falls in love with her. The play will run through June

Culinary Arts

Laguna Culinary Arts will hold a Summer Picnic Primer. Students will

learn to prepare transport-friendly menu items. The class will take place

from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., June 15. Laguna Culinary Arts is at 550

South Coast Highway, 2nd Floor. Price: $95 per person, per class.

Laguna Beach Ballet Studio

The studio will present “Peter and the Wolf,” and other dances for its

annual student dance performance. Featuring choreography by Ballet

Pacifica founder Lila Zali and Patrice Bryant, the show will begin at 4

p.m., June 16 at the Laguna Beach High School Artists Theatre, 625 Park

Ave. All fathers who attend will receive a special gift. Tickets are $6
