Christie’s teams up with Strada Properties

Strada Properties has been named the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s

Estates for the Newport Beach area, the company announced this month.

The residential real estate brokerage will act as Christie’s Great

Estates Inc.’s sole affiliate in the Newport Beach area.

Christie’s Great Estates is a subsidiary of fine arts auctioneers

Christie’s International. The subsidiary is a network of independent real

estate brokers who specialize in high-end, prestigious real estate.

Strada Properties’ new relationship with Christie’s will attempt to

allow buyers and sellers of high-value real estate to tap into the two

entities’ expertise in these properties.
