finally the weather looks it. Expect mostly sunny skies with a few clouds

dotting the endless blue. Highs will be in the mid- to upper-70s and the

BOATING FORECAST

Close to shore, expect winds from the west to northwest at 10 knots or

less to increase to 10 to 20 knots by the afternoon. There will be wind

waves of 1 to 3 feet, with a western swell of 4 feet. Expect areas of fog

in the morning.

Further out, northwest winds of 10 to 20 knots will increase to 20 to

30 knots during the afternoon. The winds will be strongest northwest of

San Nicholas Island. Combined sea swells of 7 to 8 feet are expected.

SURF

A mix of northwest and southwest swell will result in waist-high surf.

We should see the trend continue into early next week.
