Airway Avenue: An assault was reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday.Federal

Avenue: A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a

controlled substance in the 1900 block on Saturday.

Governor Street: A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grand

theft auto in the 800 block on Saturday.

Harbor Boulevard: A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grand

theft and embezzlement in the 3100 block of Harbor Boulevard on Sunday.

Mesa Verde Drive East: An auto theft was reported in the 2900 block at

12:35 p.m. Monday.

West 17th Street: Vandalism was reported in the 900 block at 8:29 p.m.

Monday.

West 19th Street: An assault was reported in the 500 block at 1:28

a.m. Monday.

NEWPORT BEACH

Amigos Way: Battery was reported in the 800 block at 8:26 p.m. Monday.

Amigos Way: A grand theft was reported in the 800 block at 8:42 p.m.

Monday.

Amigos Way: A petty theft was reported in the 700 block at 8:54 p.m.

Monday.

Bamboo Street: Attempted burglary was reported in the 2500 block at

10:27 a.m. Tuesday.

Newport Center Drive East: A commercial burglary was reported in the

600 block at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday.

Promontory Drive West: A home burglary was reported in the 700 block

at 7:10 p.m. Monday.
