Radko at Roger’s

If you’re a big collector of Christopher Radko ornaments, you’ll

appreciate the Radko sale at Roger’s Gardens that lasts through

Sunday. The ornaments on sale are the retired pieces. If you buy two

retired ornaments, you’ll get the third free. The third ornament must

be of equal or lesser value. All of the retired pieces are of limited

availability. They make ideal gifts for the upcoming holidays.

Another event happening at Roger’s is a tomato tasting at 9 a.m.

Saturday. Tomato expert Steve Goto is bringing 90 pounds of tomatoes,

Another great restaurant, Pinot Provence is having a “Summer in

spa and business three-course menus for $19.99 per person. And you

can now make pre-theater reservations for Phantom of the Opera at the

More Ritz

The Ritz at Fashion Island has made some changes just in time for

summer. To its Ritz classics they’ve added salads, fish dishes and

steaks from its new sister restaurant, Piero’s in Las Vegas. It’s

already introduced Piero’s famous Osso Bucco recipe to the Ritz and

soon will be adding some of Piero’s pasta recipes. Sandy Gold at the

Ritz says, ‘We’re very excited about our ‘Late Night at the Ritz’

which began July 13th and features live jazz in the garden from 9:00

p.m. to 1:00 am every Saturday night through the summer, this is in

addition to the live music we have currently in the garden on
