Race set for the Cure registration

The Orange County affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer

Foundation will hold several walk-in registration events for the 11th

annual Race for the Cure, which is scheduled for Sept. 22 at Fashion

Island in Newport Beach.

The opportunities:

Sept. 6 -- all day at Komen Foundation, 3191-A Airport Loom Dr. in

Costa Mesa.

Sept. 14 -- 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Any Orange County Robinsons-May store.

Sept. 15, 10 .am.-2 p.m., New Balance Store, Corona del Mar Plaza.

Sept. 17, 5-8 p.m., Robinsons-May, Westminster Mall.

Sept. 18, 5-8 p.m., Robinson-May, the Shops, Mission Viejo.

Sept. 20, 5-8 p.m., Robinsons-May, South Coast Plaza.

Sept. 21, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Robinsons-May, Fashion Island.
