Rushing sounds

The Orange Coast United girls 10-and-under soccer team of coaches

Robert Brown and Dave McKiernan, claimed the championship trophy at

the Premier Cup Tournament in San Diego, a three-day tournament which

wrapped up on Sunday.

The Rush was undefeated in tournament play as strong offense was

turned in by Alexandra Ossipoff, Ashleigh Smith and Natalie

Rempalski.

Jennifer Vogel and McKenzie Brown provided solid all-around

contributions to the offense and defense, and Jordan Dillion scored a

key goal in the championship game.

Allie Gordon and Maria Swift also added to the winning combination

for OCU as the team collected its second tournament crown over the

summer.
