South Coast Medical Center will present a seminar by psychologist

Sunny Steinmeyer titled, “Be Only as Stressed as You Want to Be.” On

the eve of the Sept. 11 anniversary, Steinmeyer will ask participants

how are they managing stress. She will present tips on how to manage

stress for individuals living a life full of stressors. The free

seminar will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the community room,

United Methodist Church will hold a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.

followed by an hour remembrance and hospitality at 7 p.m. at 21632

the Rev. Eamon O’ Gorman of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church at

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church will hold a dedicated mass

at 8 a.m. at 990 Temple Terrace. The church will be open all day for
