Puck Hogs hold off Hawks in tight match

In an evenly played match that went down to the wire, the Puck

Hogs outlasted the Hawks, 11-9, in a high-scoring Patrick Division

roller hockey contest.

Five players scored for the Puck Hogs and Mitchel Gonzales led the

attack with four goals.

Kyel Anfang had three goals and an assist, Derek Rosas finished

with two goals and had an assist, Shayne Baldwin and Grant Del Campo

scored goals and Tyler Dinley and Justin Del Campo each had assists.

Jason Wall paced the Hawks with four goals.

Troy Weis had two assists, and assists went to Eric Lyon, Erik

Stern and Cory Liska.

Extreme 10, Thunder 0

Andy McCarty recorded 13 saves to get the shutout and seven

players scored goals to lead Extreme to the easy win.

Kyle Bezayiff, Kenneth Sabraw and Kevin Smit all scored three

goals to pace Extreme, and goals went to Paul Leigh, Travis Geery,

Stephanie Martin and Tyler Post.

Post led the way with three assists and Adam Laliberte, Martin and

Leigh each had one assist.

Kings 5, Atomic 4

Adam Bosch scored two goals and the Kings held off the Atomic.

Danny Gadasetiawan and Andrew Hayashi also scored and Andrew

Casper had an assist.

Kyle Thoms recorded 28 saves.

Kevin Kraus scored the first three goals for Atomic, and Shane

Galaviz finished the scoring with a third period goal.

Jeremy Escalante had 27 saves.
