* Harbor Boulevard: Eight people, varying in ages from 20 to 52,

were arrested on suspicion of camping in the 2000 block at 1:49 a.m.

Friday.

* Harbor Boulevard and Sunflower Avenue: A robbery was reported

near the intersection at 11:47 p.m. Thursday.

* Kalmus Drive: A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of

growing marijuana in the 200 block at 8:05 a.m. Thursday.

* Merrimac Way: An auto theft was reported in the 400 block at

12:09 p.m. Thursday.

* Newport Boulevard: An assault was reported in the 2000 block at

7:37 p.m. Thursday.

* Norse Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 2300 block at

1:51 p.m. Thursday.

* Smalley Road: A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of

possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and assault and

battery on a police officer in the 3400 block at 2 p.m. Thursday.

* West Wilson Avenue: A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion

of possessing a controlled substance in the 100 block at 12:45 a.m.

Friday.

near the intersection at 3:43 p.m. Saturday.

* Balboa Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 1800 block at

1:14 a.m. Saturday.

with a physical fight in the 400 block at 11:50 p.m. Friday.
