Cross Country comes to Central Park
A slew of runners will ascend on Huntington Beach Central Park
Sunday to take part in a cross country competition.
The event, which will feature races in various divisions, is
hosted by Cool Runnings and the Pasadena Running Roses track clubs.
Divisions begin with competition in sub-bantam, born in 1994 or
after, all the way up to masters, 40-and-over.
Division races will be staggered at 20 minute intervals.
The first race will begin at 9 a.m. and a course walk-through will
take place at 7:45 a.m. Trophies will be awarded to the top three
finishers in each division.
An entry fee of $3 is required.
