Jr. Pee Wee Dolphins on tear

The Huntington Beach Jr. Pee Wee Division Dolphins are more than

making up for their slow start to the 2002 Jr. All-American Football

season.

The Dolphins began the fall season with consecutive losses but

have since rebounded to win three in a row -- and all have come by

shutout.

Pairing another standout defensive effort with an offense that

again lit up the scoreboard, Huntington Beach rolled to a 31-0 road

victory last Saturday over the Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs Saints.

In its last three games, the Saints have outscored their

opponents, 109-0.

Prior to defeating Norwalk/Santa Fe, the Dolphins (3-2) beat up on

Orange-East, 38-0, and Long Beach, 4-0.

Huntington Beach held off the Blue Chargers last Saturday to

record their first win of the season in AFL Atlantic Division play.

The win put the Dolphins at 1-2 in division play and 1-3-1

overall.

Irvine fell to 1-3 in division play and is now 1-4 overall.
