Navy Fireman Scott C. Cornell son of E. Dosa of Nipomo and William

E. Cornell of Huntington Beach is halfway through a six-month

deployment to the Western Pacific and Arabian Gulf while assigned to

the amphibious transport ship USS Denver, whose home port is San

Diego. Cornell is a 2000 graduate of Huntington Beach High School
