horseman Bartabas brings his latest equestrian spectacle,

Newport Elementary School

will hold its annual fall festival from noon to 5 p.m. at the

school. This year’s festival, titled The Country Fair, will include a

petting zoo, pony rides, a pumpkin patch, carnival games, prizes and

The Center for Spiritual Discovery will hold two ceramic workshops

with Kris Sheldon today and Nov. 9. Two separate sessions will be

scheduled each day. The first session will take place from 9 a.m. to

noon, and the second will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. The workshops

will focus on basic ceramic techniques, and each participant will

have the opportunity to make a ceramic box and custom decorate it.

A holiday boutique with more than 30 vendors will be held from 10

a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eastbluff Recreation Center in Newport Beach.

The boutique is sponsored by The Sylvia & Stacy Team and The

proceeds will benefit pediatric cancer research at the children’s

The 14th annual United Interfaith CROP Hunger Walk will begin at

The second annual Newport Coast Cares Halloween Carnival will be

The 11th annual Pumpkins & Pancakes Halloween Extravaganza will be
