RACANO ON:

* CITY COUNCIL DISTRICTS:

Bad Idea. Districting is how councils can do bad things without

being held politically accountable to voters.

* PROPOSITION 50:

A portion? I want to save it all, so let’s do it, the sooner the

better.

* DEVELOPMENT:

I think we’re maxed out. Now it’s time to protect open space.

* WATER QUALITY:

It’s time to implement my SAND plan, a five-point clean-water

action plan. Give me the ball people. I’ve done my homework.

* BIGGEST ISSUE FACING HUNTINGTON BEACH:

Full secondary treatment of Orange County Sanitation District’s

sewage outfall ... they need to comply with the Clean Water Act, and

they’re dragging their feet. Also, we must stop the desalination

plant fiasco. See www.littleshell.org and www.stopthewaiver.com.
