* STUDENT SAFETY:

Screen all employees. Monitor who visits the campus. Emergency

plans in place for all situations.

Assemblies and workshops to teach children about inappropriate

adult behavior and other safety issues. Communication to parents

about what is appropriate for school and what is not.

* RAISING STUDENT TEST SCORES:

Hire the best possible teaching staff. Use assessment tools

throughout the school year to make sure the student is learning.

Prepare and teach students that material that is mandated by the

state and is tested by the state.

* FISCAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DISTRICT:

The district recently received an A+ Standard and Poor Rating in

reference to its financial planning and management. We need to simply

continue that level of planning and management and at the same time

continuing to procure all funding possible.
