Zito and Prior to appear at UCI baseball dinner Nov. 13

The UC Irvine baseball program will host its second annual Zot

Stove Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Irvine Nov. 13.

Featured guests at the dinner will be major-league pitchers Barry

Zito of the Oakland A’s and Mark Prior from the Chicago Cubs.

Also featured will be UCI baseball coach John Savage.

The dinner allows opportunities to meet the 2002-03 Anteater

baseball players and coaches, as well as the opportunity to bid on

silent auction items that include signed baseball jerseys, other

memorabilia, trips, jewelry and other items.

The evening begins with a refreshment hour and silent auction at

6:30 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 7:30 p.m. Cost is

$1,000 per table or $100 per person.

Proceeds benefit the UCI baseball program.
