Costa Mesa Maytag’s first So Cal stop

The Maytag Store opened a new location on Newport Boulevard in

Costa Mesa on Friday marking the company’s first location in Southern

California.

The new 5,000-square-foot store offers a full line of appliances

arranged by category to aid its customers’ search. The store, which

carries Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef and Hoover brand

products, will also hold demonstrations of the new appliances.

The style of the new Maytag Store, which also offers wider aisles

and educated appliance experts, was established in order to provide

consumers with a more friendly shopping environment. It is also

equipped with a complete kitchen for cooking demonstrations and

classes.

Aside from providing additional services for the store’s adult

consumers, they have also added a children’s activity area to keep

the children busy while their parents shop.

The Costa Mesa store is the 15th independently owned and operated

Maytag Store in the United States.
