Star’s Nguyen achieves results in first month

John Tuan Nguyen of Star Real Estate has achieved five sales in

his first month in the real estate industry.

His experience in sales management has been a key factor in his

rapid rise in real estate.

“I am able to achieve results for my clients because I really

listen to what they say and strive to achieve their goals,” Nguyen

helps me to put people at ease and fulfill their needs. I love real

estate. It has been an ideal career move, allowing me to help clients

with one of the most important investments of their lives.”

Starting in retail, Nguyen moved to Bank of America, re-marketing

their car leases.

“I helped clients decide whether it was better to re-lease their

cars, purchase them outright or move onto another lease. I advised

more than 90 clients a month. In real estate, I advise clients over a

much larger purchase or selling decision. It’s a lot more

challenging, but so satisfying when I get the job done for them,” he

said.

With a degree in business administration, Nguyen is able to

understand the financial ramifications of real estate, manage the

marketing and escrow team needed to process the transaction and guide

his clients to a successful transaction.

Nguyen moved to Orange County from Bakersfield in 1995. He is

married and has a two month old daughter. He enjoys watching

football, basketball and soccer, and practicing marital arts to keep

fit.

He specializes in Garden Grove between Dale, Chapman, Brookhurst

and Gilbert.
