arrested on suspicion of prohibited camping in the 100 block at 6:50

a.m. Friday.

of being in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia in

the 2200 block at 5:16 a.m. Friday.

* Harbor Boulevard and Sunflower Avenue: An injury accident was

reported at 6:37 p.m. Thursday.

* Newport Boulevard: Two men were arrested on suspicion of being

in possession of a controlled substance and under the influence of a

substance in the 2400 block at 5:45 a.m. Friday.

* West 18th Street: A woman was arrested on suspicion of unlawful

possession of a shotgun in the 500 block at 1:50 p.m. Friday.

on suspicion of battery at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

* East Balboa Avenue: Petty theft from a vehicle was reported in

the 100 block at 4:15 p.m. Friday.

* Macarthur Boulevard: A commercial burglary was reported in the

4600 block at 5:55 a.m. Friday.

* Newport Boulevard: Petty theft from a vehicle was reported in

the 2100 block at 4:50 p.m. Friday.

* West Balboa Avenue and 20th Street: A man was arrested on

suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance at 9:56

p.m. Friday.
