A Thursday article titled “Residents to get say in beach upgrades”

left unclear which residents would receive blue notice cards to

solicit input on Corona del Mar State Beach renovations. Residents of

Corona del Mar will receive the invitations, probably in February, to

attend community workshops on beach improvements. Residents

throughout the city will be notified of planning and construction

activities through the city’s Web site at www.city.-

Newport-beach.ca.gov or through a city advertising campaign.

A photo caption in Thursday’s paper misspelled the name of a park

in Costa Mesa. It is Lions Park, which was named for the Costa

Mesa-Newport Harbor Lions Club.
